1. What we collect

What you give us. When you fill out our audit or contact form, we collect what you type: your name, company, website URL, email, phone number, and anything you tell us about your goals.

What your visit tells us. Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you found us (for example, a search engine or an ad).

That’s it. We don’t ask for — and don’t want — sensitive personal information through this site.

2. How we use it

  • To run your free audit — the website URL and business details you share are exactly what we analyze.
  • To reply to you — email or phone, about the enquiry you sent us. That’s the deal.
  • To improve this site — aggregate analytics tell us which pages help visitors and which don’t.
  • To market our services — only if you’ve agreed to hear from us; every email includes an unsubscribe link that actually works.

We don’t sell your personal information. Not to data brokers, not to “partners,” not to anyone.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for two jobs:

  • Making the site work — remembering basic preferences during your visit.
  • Understanding traffic — analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that show us, in aggregate, how people find and use the site. If we run advertising, ad platforms (such as Google Ads or Meta) may also set cookies to measure whether their ads led you here.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will still work. Most browsers also offer a “do not track” or private mode if you prefer to browse quietly.

4. Who we share with

Only the service providers that keep this business running — for example, our website host, email provider, CRM, and analytics tools. They process your information on our behalf, under their own privacy commitments, and only for the purposes above.

Beyond that, we’d only disclose information if the law genuinely required it, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy would still apply to your data).

5. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information — including the right to:

  • See it — ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Fix it — correct anything that’s wrong or out of date.
  • Delete it — ask us to erase your information, and we will, unless we’re legally required to keep it.
  • Opt out — stop marketing emails anytime via the unsubscribe link, or by just telling us.

To exercise any of these, email us (below). No forms, no hoops — a plain email does it. We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows.

6. Questions? Just ask.

If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise your rights:

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top and, for anything significant, say so plainly on this page.

That’s the legal bit
